I guess the city oversold the worth of this shakedown operation. If I was a tow truck driver I wouldn't sign another contract with these people, they screwed you pretty bad. The people of Escondido aren't stupid and I'm sure your very upset that once again the EPD canceled due to rain. Hope you come to your senses and realize these checkpoints will eventually fail because freedom always prevails.
